Special Events & Local Collaborations
As well as hiring venues to local groups, and hosting special events, we are delighted to work with local organisations to open up the building for the benefit of the community.
Botley Arts is a local arts group organising free regular exhibitions throughout the year in the church gallery space. Public access is 10am to 4pm when the church is open. To find out more see their website
Cumnor Choral Society hold two concerts a year at the church and a Come & Sing Day to find out more see their website
Botley Community Fridge is open daily in the entrance to the church. It is a small fridge with a big heart. Anyone can put food into it, and anyone can take food out. Its main aim is to reduce food waste. The shelving next to it holds non-perishables, and its main aim is to feed people in need. Open Mon-Sat 10am to 4pm, Sun 11am - 4pm To find out more see their website
Botley Bridges Family Support use the hall to run the Botley Christmas Hamper operation which covers Cumnor, Botley and West Oxford. Last year they distributed over 100 hampers, brimming with a variety of food and gifts, all donated, packed and delivered by local volunteers. St Peter & St Paul donates the use of the hall for 2 days over Christmas. To find out more see the Botley Bridges website.
